This policy explains how Ar Raheem Islamic Arts (arraheemislamicarts.com.au) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit my store or place an order. I handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

  • Order details: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the items you order.
  • Payment details: these are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal or Afterpay. I never see or store your full card details.
  • Device and browsing information: such as your browser, IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies.
  • Messages: anything you send me through the contact or custom order form, or by email.

Why I collect it

  • To process, make and deliver your order.
  • To send order confirmations, tracking details and replies to your questions.
  • To improve my store and understand how visitors use it.
  • To send you emails about new artwork or offers, only if you’ve signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who I share it with
I only share what’s needed to complete your order and run my store:

  • Shopify: my online store platform.
  • Shopify Payments, PayPal and Afterpay: to process payments.
  • Print and fulfilment partners: who print and ship my print orders.
  • Courier and postal services: to deliver your order.
  • Google Analytics: to understand how the store is used. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Some of these services may store information outside Australia. I never sell your personal information.

Cookies
My store uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the store may not work properly without them.

Keeping your information safe
Your information is stored securely by Shopify and my service providers. I keep it only as long as needed for your order, my business records and legal requirements.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just contact me and I’ll respond within 30 days.
